The picture itself lacks a name, but it’s certainly a stirring piece.

Both are definitely worth looking through.

Andrew Hussie is a talented artist who blends waves of comedy, horror, and a variety of subjects most people would never expect to find together.  His graphic novel, Whistles, creates a much darker side to what one might expect in a world centered around clowns.

I’m Singing Don Lockwood

I’m singing Don Lockwood,
skipping down the street,
and no one has yet to realize
the irony of the sunshine.

The clouds have vacated
the parking lot and my
melodies have perked
a nearby dog in interest.

and I’ll
whistle
for
pretty girls
near street corners
waiting for dusk

and hope, just hope, that
they get the irony of it all.

Daniel’s a pretty interesting poet.  He’s got an abstract style, but it’s the stuff made of root beer clouds.  Those would be delicious, by the way.
